Why Supervision
Is Essential
Coaching today operates within increasingly complex systems. Ethical demands are higher. Roles are less clearly defined. AI, team dynamics and organisational pressures shape client contexts in new ways.
We are Dr. Nannette Reuther and Katja von Glinowiecki, EMCC-accredited supervisors, ICF PCC coaches, and ACTC-certified team coaches. As an ICF Germany Business Partner, we support professional coaching practice. Drawing on many years of experience, we work with individual coaches and coaching education providers to develop reflective, ethical and sustainable practice.

Supervision.Partners
How We Work. Why It Works.
Supervision is designed around the standards, depth, and continuity that professional coaching practice deserves.
Two supervisors in every group session
Every session is facilitated by both Nannette and Katja, bringing two perspectives, broader expertise, and richer reflection to your practice.
1:1 supervision included in every group package
Individual supervision is built into every group package as standard, ensuring personal attention alongside the group experience.
Small, curated groups
We deliberately limit group size to ensure every participant has the space, depth and attention that meaningful supervision requires.
Continuous reflective practice cycles
Our supervision is structured as ongoing cycles of reflection: professional development that deepens and builds over time.
A structured methodology with visual anchors
We work with a structured methodology and visual tools that support deeper reflection, making progress tangible over time.
ICF-recognised and EMCC-accredited, bilingual and internationally aligned
Our supervision meets the professional standards of both ICF and EMCC, is delivered in English and German, and draws on international best practice.
