About us

Hi, We Are
Katja and Nannette

We empower coaches through independent, accredited supervision and reflective practice, combining international experience with hands-on insight.

We Are …

  • both EMCC-accredited supervisors, combining extensive practical experience with depth, structure, and clarity
  • experienced in guiding coaches, teams, leaders, and entire training programmes over many years
  • firm believers that supervision is a cornerstone of professional development and high-quality coaching

What Brings Us Together

  • Extensive international professional and life experience, shaping our intercultural understanding across different sectors.
  • Insider knowledge of organisations, not only as coaches and supervisors but also from our own experience working in teams, as leaders, and as consultants.
  • A commitment to empowering professionals to build the career and life they truly want
  • A love of learning, teaching, and laughing, with an eye for what helps us grow in challenging situations.

What We Believe

  • Supervision is a dialogue of professionals on equal terms, honest, collegial, and supportive
  • Reflection brings clarity, especially as even experienced practitioners benefit from guidance
  • Quality emerges through exchange and dialogue with others who think along, empathise, and walk alongside you.
  • Meaningful reflection needs space, which is why we deliberately keep our groups small, balancing peer collaboration with depth of discussion.

Did you know?

  • Supervision is rightly mandatory in some international bodies like the EMCC.
  • For ICF members it is recommended for individual certified coaches (ACC, PCC, MCC) as part of the core coaching competences and ethical guidelines.
  • For the ICF team coaching certification (ACTC) supervision is mandatory.
